I would say the cat, but alas it is she that possesses me.
So instead I will say all of my photographs. From the ones that remind me of my childhood to the ones from my travels to the ones that I took last weekend while hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park.
What am I first attracted to, a sense of humor and getting my sense of humor. I'm pretty sarcastic and if a person can't find the humor in it, it ain't gonna work for me. That applied to romantically and platonically.
My AP English teacher was incredible. He had us reading Hamlet and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead simultaneously. That was the moment I really finally 'got' Shakespeare and gained an appreciation for modern plays at the same time.
I too loved my AP English teacher. Although I loved to read, for the first time I actually enjoyed reading the assigned materials. We would read and then do deconstructive literary analysis.
But I think my favorite class was AP European History. No more "king lists" - it was art and social history rather than simply political facts.

What are you first attracted to in people? Either romantically or platonically attracted.
